Job Overview
<p style="text-align:justify;">Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall Functioning of the Branch , provide excellent customer service, managing the branch operations, and ensuring the branch meets its financial goals</p> <ol><li>Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue. </li></ol>
<ol><li>Monitor and analyze branch performance and develop plans to improve efficiency and profitability.</li></ol>
<ol><li>Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, operations and policies. </li></ol>
<ol><li>Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.</li></ol>
<ol><li>Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff.</li></ol>
<ol><li>Monitor and manage branch budgets.</li></ol>
<ol><li>Develop and implement customer service initiatives. </li></ol>
<ol><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the branch.</li></ol>
<ol><li>Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.</li></ol>
<ol><li>Area mapping to be done to know the customer requirements</li></ol> <p>Looking for Candidates with good Vintage and 10 Plus years of Experience in Retail Branch Banking of which 2 plus as Branch Manager .</p>
