Job Overview
<p style="text-align:justify;">Responsible for direct acquisition of current account and savings accounts for the bank, cross sell of other banking financial product to the existing clients and maintaining a good relationship with them also helping them to achieve their financial goals. </p> <ul>
<li>Responsible for acquiring new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.</li>
<li>Developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers .</li>
<li>Responsible for Cross selling other banking product</li>
<li> Identifying customer needs and providing customized solutions to meet those needs.</li>
<li>Developing depth knowledge of banking products. </li>
<li>Developing and executing strategies to increase cross-sell and upsell opportunities.</li>
</ul> <p style="text-align:justify;">Looking for candidates with any graduate or post graduate, at least 2-3 years of experiences in current account and saving account acquisition, also experience in portfolio management will be an added advantage. Candidates should have knowledge in Retail Branch Banking products and services.</p>
