Job Overview
Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the branch. Will be the face of the bank, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the branch meets its goals. BM will be the leader, motivating and inspiring team and achieving branch profitability by meeting the revenue target Responsible for managing entire sales and operations of retail branch banking .
Responsible for generating revenue .
Responsible for building liability book along with TPP products .
Responsible for managing sales unit .
Responsible for supporting the relationship among the team for cross-selling various products like credit cards , personal loans , RD , FD etc.
Co-ordinate the operations , cutomer services , complaince , credt and audit units .
Responsible for the smooth functioning of TPP products , loans , insurance , mutual fund , Portfolio management etc
Responsible for the whole branch profitability by meeting the revenue target
