Job Overview
<p style="text-align:justify;">The Branch Head will be responsible for the overall success of the branch . Branch head will be the face of the bank, will be the go-to person for all branch related matters , Will be resposible to lead a team of professionals to ensure customer satisfaction , operational excellence and revenue targets are met and make the branch Profitable .</p> <ul>
<li>Responsible for the overall performance of the branch and ensuring that all targets are met. </li>
<li>Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer base and profitability. </li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and policies. </li>
<li> Monitoring and controlling the branch’s financial performance.</li>
<li> Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholders. </li>
<li> Managing the branch’s staff and ensuring that they are adequately trained and motivated.</li>
<li> Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the branch’s products and services.</li>
</ul> <p style="text-align:justify;">The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the banking industry for which 2 years as Brach Manager , with a proven track record of success in leading a team. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to motivate and inspire their team . Candidate need to have a strong understanding of banking regulations and be able to manage risk effectively. </p>
