Job Overview
<p style="text-align:justify;">Asset Desk Manager is the sole responsible for entire branch retail asset business KRA. He/She has to co ordinate with all the branch staff, generate quality leads for various loan products and convert the same.</p> <ul>
<li>Identify sales opportunities for Retail Asset products to existing customers of the Bank along with looking out for acquiring new customers and building new relationships.</li>
<li>Manage business relations with existing customers and branch resources to generate retail asset leads.</li>
<li>Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis. </li>
<li>Liaison with the branch and retail asset team to ensure smooth processing of cases.</li>
<li>Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry </li>
</ul> <p style="text-align:justify;">3 to 6 Years of experience in banking or NBFC loan sales. High preference to candidates with excellent sales track record of Gold loan sales. Candidate should have excellent communication and preferred only local candidates. Excellent lead generation and conversion skills. Ability to successfully work of a team.</p>
