Job Overview
<p>As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of branch banking professionals. You will be the go-to person for all branch banking related matters and will be responsible for ensuring that all branches are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be the driving force behind the success of the branch banking team and will be instrumental in helping them reach their goals. Your role will be both challenging and rewarding, and you will be the key to the success of the branch banking team.</p> <ul>
<li>Responsible for managing and growing the retail banking business within a cluster.</li>
<li>Managing a largest business unit include branch heads, operations heads and relationship team.</li>
<li> Responsible for the whole profit and loss of the assigned territory.</li>
<li> provide quality leadership, encouragement, and guidance to all assigned personnel.</li>
<li>Taking various initiatives for increasing customer penetration for sales.</li>
<li> Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.</li>
<li>.Managing customer-centric banking operations, forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.</li>
</ul> <p>Candiates with more than 10 years of expereince in branch banking business. Ideal candidate should be currently workign as Branch haead for any flagship branches of any leading banks. Or Regional heads or cluster heads of CASA or other liability products. </p>
