<p>Responsible for driving the growth of the bank's customer base. <br>Engaging with potential customers and helping them understand the bank's products and services.<br>Ensuring that the bank's offerings are tailored to meet their needs.<br>You will be the driving force behind the bank's success, and your enthusiasm and dedication will be key to achieving the bank's goals.</p> <p>Job Description<br>Develop and implement strategies to acquire new CASA, HNI clients for the bank.<br>Analyze customer data to identify potential target markets and develop customer acquisition plans.<br>Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful customer acquisition.<br>Monitor and analyze customer acquisition performance and recommend improvements.<br>Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition.<br>Develop and manage customer acquisition budgets.<br>Monitor and analyze competitor activities and recommend strategies to stay ahead. </p> <p>Ideal Candidates<br>The ideal candidate should have experience in CASA and HNI clients.<br>Should be able to build relationships with clients and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>They should also be able to work independently and in a team<br>Should be able to handle pressure and have a positive attitude.</p>
