<p>As a Telecaller, you will be the friendly voice of our company. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing them with information and answering their queries. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. You will be the face of our company and will be the first point of contact for our customers.</p> <p>• Responsible for making outbound calls to customers to promote products and services. • Gather customer information and update customer databases. • Explain products and services to customers and provide information about prices and availability. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. • Record customer interactions and transactions. • Generate sales leads and identify potential customers. • Maintain customer records and update customer information. • Monitor customer accounts and payment status. • Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction. • Adhere to company policies and procedures. • Must fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada.</p> <p>We are looking for a light-hearted Telecaller who is passionate about customer service and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be friendly, patient, and have a positive attitude. They should be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
