<p>Responsible for driving the retail assets of the bank from existing customers, providing excellent customer services as per the customer needs, ensuring customer satisfactionby solving queries and complaints.</p> <ul> <li>Manage the existing relationship and branch resources to generate retail asset leads.</li> <li>Identify new sales opportunities for retail lending productsof the bank and also building strong relationships with the customers.</li> <li>Work closely with all department of the branch to ensure smooth processing of cases.</li> <li>Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organisation on a monthly basis.</li> <li>Adhere to KYC norms and regulations in the financial service industry.</li> </ul> <p>We are looking for a Manager for Retail Lending at a leading bank. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in banking and lending, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be light-hearted and have a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should be able to think on their feet and be able to handle difficult situations with ease. They should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.</p>
