Job Overview
<p>As a senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building a quality liability book for the bank and deepen the relationship by cross selling of all financial products to the existing clients and generate the targeted revenue for the bank. </p> <ul>
<li>Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.</li>
<li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.</li>
<li>Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.</li>
<li>Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process</li>
<li>Upselling and cross-selling of products and services to clients.</li>
<li>Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Ensuring client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Meeting sales/revenue targets</li>
</ul> <p>Candidates with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in handling HNI clients and multiple products from banks, securities, Insurance and other BFSI can be considered for the role. High preference to candidates with experience in current location.</p>
