Asset desk manager | Retail Assets

<p>Asset Desk Manager is the sole responsible for entire branch retail asset business KRA. He/She has to co ordinate with all the branch staff, generate quality leads for various loan products and convert the same.</p> <p>1) Driving the Cross Sell (assets) business of the bank by exploring business opportunities from existing customers of the Bank.2) ADMs are situated in branches and are responsible for selling asset products and services to customers based on their needs.3) They are responsible for handling queries to ensure customer satisfaction.4) Identify sales opportunities for Retail Asset products to existing customers of the Bank along with looking out for acquiring new customers and building new relationships.5) Manage business relations with existing customers and branch resources to generate retail asset leads.6) Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.</p> <p>4 to 6 Years of experience in banking or NBFC loan sales. High preference to candiates with excellent sales track record of Gold loan sales. Candidate should have excellent communication and preferred only local candidates.Excellent lead generatoin and conversion skills.Ability to successfully work of a team.</p>
