Acquisition Manager | Retail Liabilities | A Leading Small Finance Bank

<p>As an Acquisition Manager for Retail Liabilities at a leading small finance bank, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the bank's retail liabilities portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and increase the bank's market share. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. </p> <ul> <li>Responsible for onboarding new clients to the bank</li> <li>Generating leads of customer through referral, meeting in the branch walk-ins customer,associates, emailing, direct mailing, ATMs and via cold calls.</li> <li>Developing and maintaining a long lasting relationship with the customers</li> <li>Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.</li> <li>Adhere to banking norms and regulations.</li> </ul> <p>We are looking for an Acquisition Manager to join a leading small finance bank. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background in BFSI, fintech or time share industry with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a light-hearted attitude. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to think strategically and analytically.
