Job Overview
<p>Handle a team of Area Managers , Sales Managers , Key account managers and Sales officers for managing the corporate salary business. Support the team to acquire new clients and manage the existing clients for corporate salary vertical</p> <p>1) Recruiting, train and manage the team for delivery of business and quality numbers.
2) Managing quality parameters on acquisition of corporates customers.
3) Drive growth in corporate salary portfolio by acquiring strategic accounts and deepening relationships with existing corporates.
4) Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring of key parameters (profitability, ticket size, competitor metrics) across corporate accounts/segments and undertake course correction decisions.
5) Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the business and ensure the adherence to internal/regulatory compliances in all activities.</p> <p>Looking for Candidates with 10plus years of Banking experience in corporate salary with proven track record in leading a team for Corporate Acquisition , Relationship Management and driving salary account penetration.</p>
