<p>Responsible to create a quality liability mix for the bank. Manage a team of acquisition officers for Current accounts and Savings accounts. Create marketing campaigns to generate quality leads for the team. Support the team for client meetings and equip the team for quality acquisition.</p> <p>&gt; Responsible for retail liability acquisiton for the assigned areas&gt; Create a quality mix of liability portfolio which include current and savings accounts.&gt; Manage a team of Current and Savings account acquisition team which catered in to multiple branches.&gt; increase the wallet share of the clients by cross selling other financial products.&gt; Conduct various marketing campaigns to generate quality leads for the acquisition.&gt; Proper MIS Management of the entire unit.</p> <p>Prefering candidates with excellent retail liability sales background. Candidates must have atleast 2 to 4 years of team handling exposure with good understanding about the market.Candidate should posses a good blend of leadership, communication and anlaytical skills.</p>
