Job Overview
<p>As Branch Manager of a leading bank, you will be responsible for the overall success of the retail branch. You will be a leader, motivating and inspiring your team to reach their full potential. Heading the branch of a leading bank on the above said locations, Manage the entire sales, operations and compliance requirement of the branch.</p> <ol>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue. </li>
<li>Monitor and analyze branch performance and develop plans to improve efficiency and profitability.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, operations and policies. </li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage branch budgets.</li>
<li>Develop and implement customer service initiatives.</li>
<li>Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the branch.</li>
<li>Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.</li>
<li>Area mapping to be done to know the customer requirements</li>
</ol> <p>We are looking for a Branch Manager with good experience in Retail branch banking as BM. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2years of experience in current organization. The successful candidate should also have a strong understanding of banking regulations and procedures, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets.</p>
