Job Overview
<p>As the Flagship Branch Head at a Leading Bank, you will be the captain of a large team, with a branch book size equivalent to a Cluster. Your role will involve overseeing the operations of the branch, managing a team of talented individuals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. <li>Responsible for overseeing the operations of the flagship branch of a leading bank, which serves as the main hub for customer transactions and services.</li>
<li>2. Manages a team of branch staff, including tellers, customer service representatives, and loan officers, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.</li>
<li>3. Develops and implements strategies to attract and retain customers, increase branch profitability, and meet sales targets.</li>
<li>4. Monitors branch performance and prepares reports for senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.</li>
<li>5. Ensures compliance with banking regulations and policies, as well as internal controls and procedures.</li>
<li>6. Acts as a liaison between the branch and other departments within the bank, such as marketing, operations, and risk management.</li>
<li>7. Conducts regular staff meetings and training sessions to keep employees updated on new products, services, and procedures.</li>
<li>8. Handles customer complaints and resolves issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.</li>
<li>9. Builds and maintains relationships with high-value clients, providing personalized service and addressing their financial needs.</li>
<li>10. Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.</li>
<li>11. Stays updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition. </li>
</ol> <p>Looking for a dynamic banker heading a branch that has a book size of not less than 500Cr. Should possess a good knowledge of Wealth Management and branch operations, they should also possess strong leadership abilities and be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve success. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
