<p>Seeking for an experienced and dynamic individual to head the branch, playing an important role in overseeing the operations and performance of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer services and driving business growth.</p> <ul>

<li>Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyse branch performance and develop plans to improve effiency and profitability.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all banking regulations,operations and policies.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relatioships with customers and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Develop and implement customer service initiatives.</li>
<li>Analyze customer data to identify trendsand opportunities.</li>
<li>Area mapping to be done to know the customer requirements.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support to the staff members to achieve their targets.</li>
</ul> <p>Candidates with proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role within banking industry, having sound knowledge in banking operations, products & services with strong communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skills.</p>
