Job Overview
<p>As Sales Manager for Business Loans at a leading bank, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets. You will be a key player in the bank's success, manage a team of executives responsible for selling loan products to the customers based on their needs. They will ensure mapping of market and customers according to their need and handle queries to ensure customer satisfaction.</p> <ol>
<li>Conduct sales promotion activities through Sales Executives in open market and improve relationships through expos and events, various activities etc.</li>
<li>Create a performance oriented environment through effective team management, leading to high employee motivation and productivity</li>
<li>Improve relationship with branches and monitor the performance of the team and deepen the relationship with existing clients</li>
<li>Liaise with various departments within the system to ensure smooth process flow of the business</li>
<li>Ensure customer satisfaction through customer service of the highest quality</li>
<li>Responsible for launching new products in market.</li>
</ol> <p>Looking for candidate with 4 to 6 years of sales experience in business loan department &team handling experience will be an added advantage also indepeth knowledage of offering various loan products . </p>
