<p>As a Relationship Manager for Current Accounts at a Small Finance Bank/Leading Bank/Retail Liability, you will be the face of the bank and the go-to person for customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing them with the best banking experience. You will be the one to ensure that customers are satisfied with the services provided and that their needs are met. You will also be responsible for providing advice and guidance to customers on their banking needs.</p> <p>Acquisition of current accounts • Develop and maintain relationships with business customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Provide advice and guidance to customers on their current account products and services. • Monitor customer accounts to identify opportunities for additional products and services. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue. • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and maintain relationships with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. • Monitor customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies. • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure customer needs are met. • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.</p> <p>We are looking for a Relationship Manager for our Current Account in a Small Finance Bank/Leading Bank/Retail Liability.
