Job Overview
<p>As a Relationship Manager for Current Accounts you will be responsible for acquisition of new Business Entity customers and enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile and need of these current account customers</p> <ul>
<li> Develop and maintain relationships with current account customers</li>
<li>Provide advice and guidance on current account products and services</li>
<li>Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions</li>
<li>Monitor customer accounts and ensure compliance with bank policies</li>
<li> Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction </li>
<li> Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty</li>
<li>Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholder</li>
</ul> <p>Candidates with good sales exposure in current account , TFX, B2B account management , Payment business . Needs to have good communication skills , should be able to build strong relationships with clients, and work independently</p>
