Job Overview
<p>Responsible for the entire TPP ( Third Party Products ) like Life Insurance ,Mutual fund and other investment products for the Zone . Meet the Zonal Business target for the Bank by Coordinating with Third party channel partners and the Cluster Heads, Branch heads, Relationship managers.</p> <ol>
<li>Responsible for managing the regional product portfolio of third party products for a leading bank, covering multiple states and territories. </li>
<li>Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth for third party products in the region. </li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and promotions.</li>
<li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and use insights to inform product development and enhancements.</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with third party vendors and negotiate favorable terms and conditions for the bank. </li>
<li> Monitor and analyze product performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and make recommendations for improvements.</li>
<li>Train and educate sales teams on product features, benefits, and selling techniques to increase product adoption and sales.</li>
<li>Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all third party products meet regulatory requirements and are in compliance with bank policies.</li>
<li>Develop and manage budgets for regional product initiatives, including marketing and promotional activities. 1</li>
</ol> <p>Looking for localities with excellent exposure in bancassurance - open architecture or an experienced relationship manager with good exposure in Retail Branch banking. The candidate Should have good understaning of the Third Party Products. </p>
