Job Overview
<p>Responsible for handling Homeloans, LAP, Personal Loans, etc with a team of Assistant Managers. Maintain a good connection with the Virtual Banking Unit Head and its Department Head to ensure a steady flow of quality lead generation. Ensure the leads are being properly processed, logged in and disbursed within the TAT. Sales Manager should build strong relationships with clients and stay up-to-date on market trends, you will play a crucial role in driving the assigned departments in achieving your revenue target.</p> <ol>
<li>Responsible for managing and leading the sales team of Business Development Officer who is in Assistant Manager</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to enhance business growth and increase sales revenue. </li>
<li>Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities. </li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to develop and launch new products and services to meet customer needs.</li>
<li>Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to the sales team to improve their skills and productivity.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.</li>
<li>Create and manage sales targets and budgets, and track progress towards achieving them.</li>
<li>Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive sales performance.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.</li>
<li> Lead and participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to promote the bank's products and services. </li>
</ol> <p>Looking for candidates with very good knowledge in Home loans, Loan Against Property, Personal Loans, Auto Loans etc. And Sophisticated Banker or candidates from NBFC can be considered. Candidates should have the capability and maturity to handle his team and the Business Units assigned in the region.</p>
