Job Overview
<p>As a Business Intelligence Manager for a leading bank's Retail Branch Banking division, you will have to proactively devise effective strategies for augmenting business, forecasting sales, and penetrating new markets for business excellence. You will be assisting the bank's South Retail Branch Banking Head. Responsible for analyzing market trends, revenue, sales, market information, or customer engagement metrics of a business, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategic plans to enhance the branch's performance. Adept in adopting emerging trends, and addressing requirements to achieve organizational objectives & profitability norms.</p> <p> </p>
<p>Data analytics and Business support</p>
<ul>
<li> Managing the BI team centered on providing insights and aiding in business decision making.</li>
<li> Planned to produce reports and perform meaningful and quantitative analysis addressing impactful business issues / questions.</li>
<li> Guiding and advice to the Business Leaders based on data results.</li>
<li> Liaison with finance team to build budgets for deposits team at both bank & geography level.</li>
<li> Developed Auto Mechanism for the auto generation of error free reports to track business at both bank & geography level.</li>
<li> Support team with relevant data on various segments.</li>

<p>Deposit mobilization for the Bank</p>
<ul>
<li> Act as a liaison with the treasury and business team to raise bulk & retail deposits while ensuring key metrics like Cost of Funds, CASA ratio & Retail Deposit share are aligned with the business growth.</li>
<li> Deposit maturity management for retail & bulk Term deposit.</li>
<li> Track Competition to share insights and work on learning.</li>

<p>P&L management for Retail Branch Banking</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure branch level productivity & profitability. </li>
<li> Ensuring COD & COF are in line with banks budget & growth plan. Track & manage cross-sell fee income for the retail banking vertical</li>
</ul> <p>Looking for well-experienced Analyst with strong business intelligence exposure, sales forecasting, problem solving & organizational abilities; possess a flexible and detail-oriented attitude. Applicant should be from the Retail Branch Banking Analytical department. </p>
