A Teller will have the opportunity to be the friendly face and helpful hand for customers as they handle their financial transactions. It will involve handling cash, processing deposits and withdrawals, and providing excellent customer service. The role of a bank teller requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and a good understanding of banking products and services</span><br></p> <div><ul><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Process cash and check deposits accurately.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Assist customers with cash withdrawals and check cashing.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Facilitate fund transfers between accounts.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Guide customers on various banking products and services.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Respond to customer inquiries about account balances and transaction history.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Maintain accurate records of transactions.</span></li></ul></div> <p style="font-size:medium;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">Ideal Candidature</span></p>
<p style="font-size:medium;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">Candidates with at least 1 year of experience with any banks OR NBFCs as a teller or money officer, Candidates with sales back ground with banks who is well aware about the cash / teller operations also can apply for the role of Teller. Candidate should have ability to generate leads for other products will be an added advantage .</span></p>
