Job Overview
<p>Scope of the Role<br>As a Branch Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and manage a Unit of sales team for sourcing current accounts and savings account, Cross sell of other financial products and responsible for generating both accounts and funds hence increasing the branch's client base and revenues.</p> <p>1. Responsible for managing and driving sales of current account and savings account (CASA) products for a leading bank.</p><p> 2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. </p><p>3. Lead a team of sales executives and provide guidance and support to ensure their success. </p><p>4. Identify potential customers and build relationships to generate new business opportunities. </p><p>5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences. </p><p>6. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to create effective sales campaigns and promotions. </p><p>7. Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. </p><p>8. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies while conducting sales activities. </p><p>9. Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. </p><p>10. Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with team members to track progress and provide feedback.</p><p> 11. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities. </p><p>12. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the market.</p> <p>Ideal Candidates<br>Candidate from Banking/Securities/Mutual Funds Sales who will be able to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude. They should also have a good understanding of banking products and services, and be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions. Candidate should be capable to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously</p>
