Job Overview
<p>The Relationship Manager is responsible for Managing the Current Account customers of the branches. RM will be responsible for the Current Account & Trade & Forex Liabilities relationship. RM should manage the existing Current Accounts & at the same time bring in New to Bank Customers.</p> <ul>
<li>Responsible for providing the best Current Account services to the customer according to the Bank policies.</li>
<li>Responsible for the Current Account & Trade & Forex Liabilities relationship of the assigned branches.</li>
<li>Should ensure the service, compliance, operations, and audit of the assigned branches.</li>
<li>RM must maintain a good rapport with the branch and other departments to ensure quality lead generation & support in resolving customer requirements & queries.</li>
<li>RM must ensure the acquisition of new to bank current account customers.</li>
</ul> <p>Looking for vibrant and dynamic individuals having a fair knowledge of Banking Current Account Services. Knowledge about Trade & Forex will be an added advantage to the applicant. Looking for fast learners with good communication skills</p>
