Job Overview
<p>Responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers whose KRA is to handle the Current Account customers providing them with the best banking solutions according to their requirements. Responsible for the assigned region productivity in terms of Current Account Liabilities. Independently handle high-value accounts.</p> <ul>
<li>Responsible for providing the best Current Account services to the customer according to the Bank policies with a team of RM's</li>
<li>Responsible for the Current Account & Trade & Forex Liabilities relationship of the assigned region.</li>
<li>Should ensure the service, compliance, operations, and audit of the assigned region.</li>
<li>As the Team Leader you'll be responsible for the region's Product launch and training.</li>
<li>Maintain a good rapport with the branch banking department and all other supporting departments to enhance and provide the best Current Account solution to the customers.</li>
<li>Ensure the acquisition of new to bank current account customers with the team of RM's</li>
</ul> <p>Looking for an Integrated Banker with good knowledge about Current Account Services. Knowledge about Trade & Forex will be an added advantage to the applicant. Candidate should hold a strong vintage in the current organisation. </p>
