Job Overview
<p>Team Leader (TL) is a key person responsible to monitor, motivate & follow up the activities of Sales Executives assigned to him. A detailed job description is provided below which outlines basic roles of this position.</p> <p>1.Monitoring Sales Executives on daily basis. 2.Ensure updation of EBR activities of Executives.</p><p>

<p>3. Identify training requirements of team members and the request is forwarded to HR Department.</p><p>
</p>
<p>4. Ensure that all payments are collected before the vehicle delivery.</p><p>
</p>
<p>5. Ensure the bank payments/collections of your branch.</p><p>
</p>
<p>6. Monitor and control the expenses of Executives (like petrol/ food and other required expenses after ensuring if these expenses are required as per company policy or not).</p><p>
</p>
<p>7. Conducting daily team meeting and taking reports from the Executives.</p><p>
</p>
<p>8. Helping Sales Executives in closing the sales.</p><p>
</p>
<p>9. Helping executives for home visit.</p><p>
</p>
<p>10. Train the Executives on their product knowledge and helping them to improve their closing sales.</p><p>
</p>
<p>11. Giving daily performance reports to ASM and if required to SM. </p> <p>Experience: 5 – 10 years (Automobile Experience)Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree Location : Wadakkanchery(Vazhakode), Chalakkudy(Thrissur), Irinjalakkuda(Thrissur), Alathur (Palakkad), Kunnamkulam(Thrissur).
