Job Overview
<p>As a Cluster Sales Manager for Retail Liabilities, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our retail Liability products. Responsible for acquiring a quality liability book for the region assigned with a team of branch sales managers and sales officers.</p> <ol>
<li>Responsible for managing and driving sales for a cluster of retail liabilities products within a designated region.</li>
<li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share. </li>
<li>Lead a team of Sales Managers and Executives , provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.</li>
<li>Identify potential business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients and partners. </li>
<li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition. </li>
<li>Overall responsibilty for acquiring a quality liability portfolio for the assigned territory.</li>
<li>Periodic review of the entire business unit.</li>
<li>Plan and Implement marketing activities with the help of marketing departments to generate quality leads for the bank.</li>
</ol> <p>We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cluster Sales Manager for Retail Liabilities. Candidates with solid liability acquisition exposure with atleast 3 to 5 years of men management exposure should be ideal for the role.Candidates working as Branch Heads, Branch Sales Managers with any strtagic bank branch also can be considered for the role of Cluster Liability Manager.</p>
