Job Overview
<p>The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for sourcing and handling gold loan business, evaluating and appraising pledged gold ornaments, processing loan applications, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves achieving business targets, providing excellent customer service, and managing end-to-end gold loan operations efficiently while maintaining portfolio quality </p> <ol><li>- Source and generate Gold Loan business.
- Appraise and evaluate gold ornaments accurately.
- Process Gold Loan applications and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned business and portfolio targets.
- Handle loan renewals, closures, and customer queries.
- Maintain high service standards and portfolio quality.
