<p><b>Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple States within your designated zone. <li>A Zonal Manager for Home Loans and Retail Assets is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple branches within a designated geographical zone.</li>
<li>2. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of branch managers and other staff members to achieve business objectives.</li>
<li>3. The primary responsibility of a Zonal Manager is to drive the growth of home loans and retail assets in their designated zone, by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.</li>
<li>Responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring branch performance, and identifying areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Must have a thorough understanding of the home loan and retail asset market, including knowledge of competitors, market trends, and customer needs.</li>
<li>Managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as real estate agents, builders, and developers, to generate leads and increase business opportunities.</li>
<li>7. Zonal Managers must ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to home loans and retail assets, and ensure that all branches within their zone are following proper procedures.</li>
<li>A Zonal Manager must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be required to interact with customers, staff, and other stakeholders on a regular basis.</li>
<li>They must also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within their zone</li>
