<p>Area Head for Loan Against Properties will be responsible for overseeing the portfolio in your designated region. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of Sales Managers and each of their Relationship Officers who are on the rolls of the Bank. You will be maintaining the relationships with UHNI/HNI clients, manager the branch business and the DSA & DST business and the new empannelments.</p> <ol>
<li>The Area Head at LAP (Loan Against Property) in A Small Finance Bank is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple branches within a designated geographical area.</li>
<li>2. They are in charge of driving business growth and achieving targets for loan disbursement, revenue, and profitability in their area.</li>
<li> 3. The Area Head is also responsible for managing a team of branch managers and ensuring that they are meeting their individual targets and providing excellent customer service.</li>
<li>4. They play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to increase market share and expand the bank's presence in their area.</li>
<li>5. The Area Head is expected to have a thorough understanding of the local market and competition, and use this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth.</li>
<li>6. They are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, business partners, and government officials, to enhance the bank's reputation and business opportunities.</li>
<li>7. The Area Head is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures within their area.</li>
<li>8. They are expected to analyze data and market trends to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.</li>
<li>9. The Area Head plays a crucial role in talent management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of branch managers and other team members.</li>

The candidate should have proven experience in Mortgage loans/ LAP and knowledge of LAP loan documentation depending on the State's RBI rules and Operations & Credit processing. Should possess good leadership qualities. </p>
