Job Overview
<p><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Credit Manager is responsible </span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;color:rgb(51,62,73);">Researching and evaluating clients’ creditworthiness .Creating credit scoring models to predict risks .Approving or rejecting loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses. Review all the documents submitted regarding the loans</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">1)<span> </span></span>Review credit proposals and carry out the required due diligence within the stipulated turnaround time. <br>2)<span> </span>Coordinate with the sales team for the resolution of credit risk concerns and to close the discrepancies related to the application.<br>3)<span> </span>Recommend proposals to Area Credit Manager, Regional Credit Manager, for decision/ approvals on the case. <br>4)<span> </span>Assist the Senior Credit Analyst with a review of simple loan proposals and carry out timely due diligence. <br>5)<span> </span>Review credit loan proposals by analysing the client’s creditworthiness, Company profile, Bureau credibility, repayment track record, average bank balance & adherence to other internal credit norms.<br>6)<span> </span>Maintain thorough documentation as per stipulated process for effective tracking of proposal documents and TAT.<br>7) Monitor the loan portfolio performance by analysing covenants for deviations and checking sanction conditions put in the proposals at the time of approvals. </p> <p><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years plus experience in Retail asset credit with any leading banks or NBFCs , high preference to candidates from HL / LAP loan credit side.Candidate should be a commerce graduate with excellent </span><span>understanding</span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> on various credit aspects of loans.</span></p>
