Job Overview
<p style="text-align:justify;">Relationship Manager Govt
business is responsible for acquiring new government relationships for the
bank. Frequent co-ordination with the authorities of acquired accounts to
increase the liability books and place fixed deposits. Coordination with different
stake holders for smooth onboarding of Govt accounts.</p> <p style="text-align:justify;">1) Ensure
a strong relationship with existing accounts.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">2) Focus
on offering financial solutions & cross selling.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">3) Build
knowledge of all the products being offered to customers.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">4) Maintain
ongoing contact with operations in order to ensure smooth delivery of
transactions.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">5) Implement
marketing plans</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">6) Assist
the Relationship Management Group in research and analysis on
Industries/clients/markets</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">7) prepare
credit approval/renewal memorandum, generate risk analysis reports on the
client portfolio</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">8) 8)Assists
the Team lead to broaden and deepen relationships with financial intermediaries</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">9) Supports
the Team lead across products groups like resource raising, financial markets,
trade finance, cash management, etc</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">10) Works in
close coordination with the various product/business/service groups to ensure
quality service delivery</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">11) Defines
performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting
manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course
of the year.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">12) Takes
ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in
consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps
through various means which go beyond just training.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">13) Understands
the competencies relevant to his/her role, and works towards displaying as well
as developing these effectively.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">14) Keeps
abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques and
current issues through continued education and professional networks.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">15) Follows risk
policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial,
informational, reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental
manager.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">16) Executes
the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for
departmental audits, as necessary. </p> <p style="text-align:justify;">Candidates with at least 5 years
plus experience in managing government accounts with any banks or payment
business firms. Preferring candidates with rich experience in the local market
with excellent connects with the government bodies. Preferring an age category
of 27 to 33 Yrs.</p>
