Job Overview
<p style="text-align:justify;">Develop and maintain strategic
long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients to achieve organic
growth and long-term company objectives. One point of contact for all banking
needs , wealth advisory services for the Premium and super premium clients
assigned. Increasing the portfolio by adding premium segment clients. </p> <p style="text-align:justify;">1) Develop
trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients to mitigate the risk of
client attrition to competitors.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">2) Gain
a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">3) Continuously
propose solutions that align with customer objectives to expand existing
relationships.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">4) Ensure
timely delivery of correct products and services to customers.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">5) Act
as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">6) Resolve
customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">7) Contribute
significantly to generating new sales and fostering long-lasting client
relationships.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">8) Prepare
regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
using key account metrics.</p> <p style="text-align:justify;">Relationship Managers with any
banks or wealth management companies who is holding at least 5 plus years of
experience in HNI or UHNI client management. Preferring candidates who are
experienced locally and ideal age for the role should be less than 40 yrs.</p>
