Job Overview
<p style="font-size:medium;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Nunito;">To identify prospective new corporates for starting salary relationship for the bank , build a pipeline and acquire new quality salary deals. Ensure new corporate salary deals are activated with account sourcing and salary credits and work on increasing our wallet share in such corporate to build deepen and enhance the overall relationship.Manage a larger unit of Acquisition managers, sales managers on a manager till AVP Band.</span></p> <p style="font-size:medium;"><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Nunito; font-size: 10.5pt;">1) To ensure that all accounts signed up with the corporate gets salary credits</span></p><p style="margin-right: 0cm; margin-left: 0cm; font-size: medium; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; margin-top: 0cm; line-height: 21pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Nunito; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">2) To identify and resolve service issues of the Corporate<br>3) To generate cross sales of various liability/asset products<br>4) To maintain call reports and MIS as required<br>5) Ensure each corporate has positive profitability<br>6) Ensure contact with key people at the corporate<br>7) Selling all products to the relationship - core and cross sell<br>8) Deepening of the salary relationship - new account acquisition and value build up in existing accounts</span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Nunito;"><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm; font-size: medium; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p style="font-size:medium;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Nunito;">Looking for candidates with at least 10 to 20 years of banking experience in which at least 8 years experience in corporate salary vertical with good track record of handling a larger business units.
