Job Overview
<p>Responsible for sourcing retail assets products from the open market for a leading brand, Relationship manager can directly source all retail asset products like Personal loans, Business loans, Home loans, LAP , LAS, Working capital..etc. from the open market. </p> <p style="font-size:medium;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span> </span></p>
<p style="font-size:medium;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">1) Acquire retail assets products from the open market as well as the leads provided by the company.</span></p>
<p style="font-size:medium;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">2) Generate leads for Personal loans, Business loans, LAP,LAS, Working capital , Home loans ..etc.</span></p>
<p style="font-size:medium;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">3) Understand the financial requirements of the clients , evaluate the financials and provide financial support of the clients .</span></p>
<p style="font-size:medium;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">4) </span><span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;color:rgb(51,51,51);">Setting of long term and short term sales strategies & managing the sales activities of the assigned products and services.</span></span></p>
<p style="font-size:medium;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;color:rgb(51,51,51);">5) <span>Developing a monthly operating plan covering sales, meeting agreed targets and promoting the organization's presence in the specific region.</span></span></p> <p>Candidates with at least 2 years of experience with any loan sales , high preference to people who has experience in leading DSA firms where the candidate should be experienced in all retail asset sales products.</p>
