Job Overview
<p><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Nunito;">Being the Cluster Head of Defence Account Acquisition & Portfolio Management you will be responsible in managing 5 states with the team based at Bangalore. <p><span style="font-size:10pt;color:#000000;"><span>1.<span style="font:7pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10pt;color:#000000;">Cluster head will create strategic tie ups with various defence forces for their Salary account transfer.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10pt;color:#000000;"><span>2.<span style="font:7pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10pt;color:#000000;">Cluster head will handle a team of sales professionals to source the accounts.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10pt;color:#222222;"><span>3.<span style="font:7pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10pt;color:rgb(34,34,34);">Responsible for both acquisition numbers and salary transfer credit of accounts sourced every month.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:10pt;color:#222222;">7.<span style="font-style:normal;font-size:7pt;font-family:'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size:10pt;color:rgb(34,34,34);">Maintain good relationships with the customers by providing them with the best banking solutions to obtain optimum output.</span></p> <p style="font-size:medium;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:Nunito;">Preferring only ex servicemen ( From Defence) and preferably from a leadership role with at least 2+ years of experience in banking preferably from any new gen bank preferably with corporate sales / Key account management experience. </span></p>
