Job Overview
<p><span style="font-family:Nunito;">State head is responsible for the entire business P/L of the state , whole responsible for new business to bank, Cross sell ..etc, Apart from branch banking business ,he has to spearhead the NR, TASC, Govt accounts..etc of the state. He should manage a team of Cluster heads, Branch heads and other vertical team heads to achieve the business numbers of the state.</span></p> <p style="font-size:medium;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-decoration:none;"><br></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">1.<span style="font-style:normal;font-size:7pt;font-family:'Times New Roman';"> <span style="font-family:Nunito;"> <span style="font-family:Nunito;"> </span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"><span style="font-family:Nunito;">Responsible to manage a large size business unit which include cluster heads, branch heads , products heads of different verticals of the state for the optimum productivity.</span></span></p>

The candidate should have good connections in the market and prefer someone who has grown from a branch sales manager level. Candidate should have a good market understanding and be able to generate innovative ideas to generate quality leads and increase the liability book for the bank.</p>
