Job Overview
<p>Responsible for handling 25 branches in the region. As the Branch Banking Leader, you will be responsible for both Liabilities & Assets P&L, and overseeing the performance, operational efficiency, and sales strategy of multiple bank branches within a defined geographic area.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Business Growth & Performance: Develop and execute strategies to meet targets for liabilities (deposits), assets (loans), and revenue growth. </li>
<li>Branch Operations Management: Oversee the smooth functioning, profitability, and cost optimization of all branches within the cluster.</li>
<li>Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Branch Managers, ensuring a high-performance culture and appropriate training.</li>
<li>Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance, managing risks across the cluster.</li>
<li>Customer Experience: Maintain high customer service standards, deepen relationships with clients, and resolve escalations. </li>
