Job Overview
<p>To manage a team of managers who are responsible for the branch retail lending business. Responsible for the assigned region's complete retail lending P&L. </p> <p>* To manage a team of RM's<br>* Responsible for the assigned region's complete retail lending new to bank numbers, existing customers loan top-ups, Loan processing, disbursement TAT, service, Compliance etc.<br>* Product and process training in the assigned region.<br>* Maintain a good rapport with the Branch Banking CH, BM's to ensure a steady lead generation flow. </p> <p> Looking for candidates well experienced in retail loans being in Banks or NBFC's with good knowledge in retail loan operations and credit. Candidate must possess good communication skills and leadership qualities. </p>
