<p>Acquire home loan business from the open market by creating connect from builders, real estate firms and DSAs. </p> <p>1) Acquire new Home loan business from the open market.</p>
<p>2) Having strategic tie up with builders , real estate agents , architects to generate quality leads for HL product.</p>
<p>3) Proper management of leads and follow up closely with the clients.</p>
<p>4) Creating the business proposal and submit to the supervisors.</p>
<p>5) Coordinating with the credit and operations team for the Smoot disbursal.</p> <p>Looking for female candidates with 2 + years of experience in HL sales is an ideal candidate for the role.</p>
