<p style="font-size:medium;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span> </span>Responsible to train the entire GL business unit about the product, process and regulatory guidelines. Improve the overall GL Business efficiency by providing proper training to the team across all business permeameters.</p> <p><span><span>1)<span style="font:7pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span>Develop and implementing training programs to ensure employees have the skill and knowledge needed to perform their job.</span></p>
<p><span><span>2)<span style="font:7pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span>Identifying training needs and priorities through needs assessments, performance evaluations and stakeholder feedback.</span></p>
<p><span><span>3)<span style="font:7pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span>Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback to measure learning outcomes and make continuous improvements.</span></p>
<p><span><span>4)<span style="font:7pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span>Develop and maintain the annual training calendar and schedule, coordinating with department managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.</span></p>
<p><span><span>5)<span style="font:7pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span>Lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience for participants.</span></p>

Candidates currently working as a training manager with GL industry also can be considered for the same. <br></p>
