Job Overview
<p>To handle the portfolio of the Large Corporates in the assigned region and to provide them with complete lending solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business clients, understanding their financial goals , and addressing their working capital needs. Analyze clients' financial statements and cash flow to assess working capital requirements and offer advice to optimize their working capital efficiency. Evaluate the financial risk associated with working capital solutions, ensuring that the proposed strategies align with both the client's needs and the bank's risk tolerance. Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions and regulatory changes that may impact client's working capital needs. Actively seek opportunities to expand the bank's working capital portfolio by acquiring new clients and promoting relevant financial products</p> <ul>
<li>To manage clients with a turnover of up to 1000 Cr.</li>
<li> Build and nurture strong relationships with Current Account clients to understand their working capital requirements. </li>
<li>Manage the existing customers' portfolio management, service, renewals, enhancements, and complaints </li>
<li> Regular client meetings to assess their financial needs, provide updates on market trends, and offer tailored solutions.</li>
<li> Analyse clients' financial statements and operational data to assess working capital requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for optimizing working capital efficiency. Provide expert advice on working capital management, cash flow optimization, and liquidity solutions to clients</li>
<li>Evaluate and manage the credit risk associated with working capital solutions. Collaborate with credit and risk management teams to ensure compliance with risk policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Monitor and track the performance of working capital solutions provided to clients.</li>
<li> Provide regular reports and updates to clients on the effectiveness of implemented strategies.</li>
</ul> <p>Looking for candidates with good working experience in handling Large Corporates and providing them with complete lending solutions. 3 to 4 years of Working Capital Loans experience is mandatory for this role.</p>
