Job Overview
<p>This is Playing Captain role where he /she will be having a Individual target also a team target. Will be responsible to acquire and grow the Portfolio of High Net Worth customers individually and also managing a team of 8-10 RMs and support them to meet their targets. Will be Handling and managing clients with a minimum Investable amount of Rs 25 Lakhs and above.</p> <p>1) The Cluster Manager - Playing will be responsible for responsinble for Individual and team Targets</p>
<p>2) Helping and coordinating with the teams for acquiring HNI clients (Affluent & Super Affluent).</p>
<p>3) Acquire and Manage client relationships and generate AUM </p>
<p>4) Supporting team in advising Affluent clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients.</p>
<p>5) Helping team to Track the Affluent & Super Affluent Client segment in the market for new client acquisition.</p>
<p>6) To research, investigate and update team on available investment opportunities/financial market trend to determine whether they fit into clients portfolios.</p>
<p>7) To coordinate with product and research team (Centralize CFP Team) for taking investment decision for the clients.</p>
<p>8) To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities.</p> <p>Looking for Candidates from Banks , Wealth Management firms as Branch Managers , Senior Relationship Managers , Wealth Managers with good vintage and experience in Acquiring and handling HNI / UHNI clients . Candidates currently working with small fin Banks with prior experience in leading banks can also apply.</p>
