Team leader mutual fund is responsible to handle a business unit which include to manage the MFD channels, PCG counters and banking relationship. Responsible to create and increase the total AUM of the assigned territory. <p><span style="font-family: &quot;Lucida Grande&quot;;">1) Responsible to create and manage AUM as per the KRA.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: &quot;Lucida Grande&quot;;">2) Support the team to create and cordial relationship with channel partners and MFDs to generate volume business.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: &quot;Lucida Grande&quot;;">3) Train and develop the RMs for different channels.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: &quot;Lucida Grande&quot;;">4) Mark YOY growth on AUM from each assigned counters and MFDs.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: &quot;Lucida Grande&quot;;">5) Recruit , train and develop relationship manager team.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: &quot;Lucida Grande&quot;;">6) Increase the base by adding new channel partners , Increasing he MFD Strength.</span></p> <p><font face="Lucida Grande">Looking for candiates with atleast 10 years of expereince in BFSI sector , Ideal to have more than 6 years experience&nbsp;in MF industry with 2+ years of expereince in Team handling , or Senior Relationship managers also can apply for the role , Preferring only local candidates for the role.&nbsp;</font></p>
