Job Overview
<p><span style="font-family: "Lucida Grande";">Relationship Manager responsible to acquire the Agri business - Project finance, Working capital facilities to Agri related industries and Agri commodity funding with a ticket size of 5 crore and above. Acquire the quality files and ensure the primary credit check has done before submitting the file.</span></p><p><br></p> <p><span style="font-family: "Lucida Grande";">1) Ensure the Stock on Hand and fresh disbursal month on month.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: "Lucida Grande";">2) Portfolio quality should be assured and minimum post disbursement documentation for the location.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: "Lucida Grande";">3) Provide training about the products to the RBB team , Liability team and DSA unit of the bank to rest assure the quality lead generation.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: "Lucida Grande";">4) </span><span style="font-family: "Lucida Grande"; font-size: 10pt; caret-color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Ensure Fee income and minimum spread as per guidelines of KRA, Team work, motivation and support to the team.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: "Lucida Grande"; font-size: 10pt; caret-color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">5) </span><span style="font-family: "Lucida Grande"; font-size: 10pt; caret-color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Ensure smooth and auto function at location .</span><span style="font-family: "Lucida Grande"; font-size: 10pt; caret-color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Ensure that Customer requirements are serviced at the local level.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: "Lucida Grande"; font-size: 10pt; caret-color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">6) </span><span style="font-family: "Lucida Grande"; font-size: 10pt; caret-color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Ensure that customer complaints are solved within minimum time.</span></p> <p><font face="Lucida Grande">Ideal candidates should hold min of 4+ years of expereince with working capital sales with any banks or NBFCs, Candidates with sales experience in rating companies also considered for the above role. preferring local candidates with good working capital base can apply for the above role.</font></p>
