<p>To manage gold loan credit related requirements for the assigned geography and ensure implementation of credit checks while customer onboarding and monitoring portfolio on an ongoing basis to minimize credit loss.</p> <p>• Implementation of the defined Gold Loan Policy.</p>
<p>• Follow Regulatory requirements with respect to RBI guidelines.</p>
<p>• Visit the branches regularly to cross check the adherence of Valuation process, Gold Loan Policy, and act on any lapses.</p>
<p>• Responsible for evaluating and value the Gold as per Gold Standard and Bank policy guidelines.</p>
<p>• To assess the regional factors and recommend for collateral</p>
<p>• acceptance policy changes.</p>
<p>• Recommendation to Policy team for addition of any new jewellery items in the masters.</p>
<p>• Base customer selection on Analytic s and Credit Bureau history.</p>
<p>• Responsible to take informed decisions on big deals and try to close them with mitigants.</p>
<p>• Revisit underwriting processes to match the TAT of the industry. Base rejections with sound justification.</p>
<p>• Approve Sale of Gold in case of Auctions.</p>
<p>• Responsible to deliver informative MIS to management in a timely manner.</p>
<p>• Vendor Empanelment in the region Identification of Umbrella/Individual Valuer/Vendor, Document Collection & Validation, Collection of RIC verification Report, Vendor and Valuer Code creation.</p>
<p>• Pricing/Remuneration fixation with vendors</p>
<p>• Periodical Vendor review as per Vendor Management policy y.</p>
<p>• Monitoring of Valuer - Conduct & Valuation through Branch visits and CCTV footage check.</p>
<p>• Monitoring & analysis of Carat, Deductions and Impurity captured by valuers and report any irregularities.</p>
<p>• Visit the GL vendors/shops to get knowledge about new jewellery</p> <p>Looking for candidates with good experience in Gold Loan Credit processing being in Bank or NBFC. </p>
