Job Overview
<p>To support the Company in complying and vetting all the legal documents related to Private Wealth business, Investment Banking, Vendor contracts and client agreements. The candidate should possess a strong aptitude for drafting and understand the way financial services work. The ideal candidate will need to have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, along with the fervent desire to continuously learn about nuances of the business.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>• Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of:- non-disclosure agreements and engagement letters for investment banking and private wealth segment;<br>- distribution agreements for third party financial products (PMS, AIF, Mutual Fund, Insurance, etc.);</p><p>- LOIs, SPAs for unlisted transactions and micro investment banking transactions;</p><p>- Vendor/ third party contracts for IT, HR, Finance, PR, Admin, Operations;</p><p>• Support in legal queries from various departments and coordination for the execution of documents;</p><p>• Maintaining a repository of the drafts and executed versions, segregated as per the business segment/ company;</p><p>• Adhoc letters, declarations, replies;</p><p>• Tracking, interpreting, monitoring and advising on circulars, addendums, key regulatory, legal and market developments with potential impacts on wealth Management and licensed businesses in particular.</p><p>• Other tasks to support the Legal & Compliance department as needed.</p> <p>Looking for qualified Lawyers from a well-known Law college. 3-4 years of experience in a corporate in which at least 2 years of experience in any financial service industry. Candidates should have excellent communication skills</p>
