Job Overview
<p>The Credit Card Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end product ownership, from conceptualisation to build, and GTM to scale, as part of building a strategic digital engagement platform for the bank, targeting the next generation of Indian consumers.</p> <p>User Research</p>
<ul>
<li>Map young India's needs, desires, aspirations and attitudes about finance and banking </li>
<li>Converting user insights into viable business opportunities and product concepts</li>
<li>Hypothesis testing</li>
</ul>
<p>Product Design and Build </p>
<ul>
<li>Product build from 0 → 1 – Building innovative and next generation consumer banking experiences for digital native users</li>
<li>USPs that make products succeed and go viral </li>
<li>Creating the full product experience: user flows, edge cases, onboarding, notifications, and the moments that make the product feel alive</li>
<li>Design principles and guardrails to meet regulatory guidelines, while keeping the product innovative and exciting for user</li>
</ul>
<p>GTM and Scale </p>
<ul>
<li>Owning the Go to Market strategy </li>
<li>Creating scale and consumer engagement</li>
<li>Optimizing journeys, funnels and engagement to gain market share</li>
</ul>
<p>Product Metrics </p>
<ul>
<li>Owning Metrics that reflect product health and business objectives including consumer registration, activation, engagement rates and revenue / cost metrics </li>
</ul>
<p>Project and stakeholder management </p>
<ul>
<li>Engaging with cross section of stakeholders including Tech, BSG, Compliance, Marketing, UI Designers to Project milestones and business objectives </li>
</ul> <p>Looking for candidates with good experience in years in product management, digital businesses, journey & UI/UX designing or a closely adjacent role.</p>
<p>Skills Required:</p>
<ul>
<li>Product management, digital businesses, journey & UI/UX designing or a closely adjacent role </li>
<li>Demonstrated Design to Ship capabilities - from drawing board to users, and creating user impact </li>
<li>Experience in Fintech, neobank or consumer apps is a strong plus</li>
<li>Domain experience in liabilities or assets business is a plus</li>
<li>Bonus: Designing flows, mock a screens, or prototype using Figma / AI tools</li>
